Everything changes for him when he sets his eyes on a colorful shop filled with firecrackers. The episode is best known to feature the peculiar Chingam who runs the shop Patakhey Ki Dukan that sells the firecrackers. Chingam loved firecrackers to a point he would always get himself into trouble. Chingam eagerly displays his large collection of firecrackers, ranging from simple sparklers to extravagant rockets and even some with fanciful names. Enchanted by the mesmerizing colors and the exciting prospects of fun, Motu persuades Patlu to buy some firecrackers. Motu's Misadventures with Firecrackers Screaming in delight, Motu recalls his and Patlu's day’s adventure of buying a bunch of firecrackers. in all his excitement, it is now evident that Patlu made the wise decision of bursting Motu's bubble. Now both of them are bursting with a bag filled firecrackers. But Patlu, who is a more rational thinker, warns Motu of the consequences he might face while using firecrackers without being cautious. He expresses how people should be more careful especially during festivities and in this case, firecrackers. But in the usual fashion he does, Motu ignores Patlu as he is too excited to use firecrackers. As the pair begins the process of setting off the firecrackers, it surely turns into a blunder of the grand kind. The episode ends on a touching note where the entire town unites once more to celebrate the festival of lights.
